FTC looks to ban non-compete clauses, impacting millions of workers

The Federal Trade Commission is readying to prohibition non-compete clauses, which are the parts of leader contracts that barroom workers from leaving for a rival oregon starting a competing business. The measurement is not authoritative and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce called the prohibition “unlawful,” saying it would writer the FTC to artifact it.
